Welcome to BRC Southern of Texas LLC. By booking or utilizing our services, you (the "Client") agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Scope of Service
Service Agreement: We provide cleaning services based strictly on the scope of work agreed upon during the quoting process. Any tasks requested outside of this scope (e.g., cleaning inside ovens, washing windows, or hauling trash) must be requested in advance and may incur additional charges.
Supplies and Equipment: We provide all necessary professional cleaning supplies and high-grade equipment. If you require the use of specific customer-provided products, we are not liable for the effectiveness or any damage caused by those products.
2. Access and Safety
Property Access: The client must provide functional keys, entry codes, or be present to allow entry at the scheduled time.
Safety & Environment: We reserve the right to remove our staff from a location if the environment is deemed unsafe or unsanitary (e.g., presence of biohazards, mold, or aggressive pets).
Climate Control: For the health and safety of our team, we require that the property be maintained at a reasonable temperature (between 68°F and 78°F) during the duration of the service.
3. Client Responsibilities
Pre-Cleaning: To maximize our efficiency, we ask that you "pick up" clutter (toys, clothing, loose paperwork) before our arrival. Our team is there to deep clean surfaces, not to organize personal effects.
Valuables: Please secure any high-value jewelry, cash, or irreplaceable heirlooms. While we take utmost care of your belongings, we prefer to eliminate risk.
Pets: We love pets, but for their safety and ours, we ask that they be secured in a crate or a separate room during the cleaning process.
4. Non-Solicitation of Staff
Agreement: The client agrees not to independently hire, solicit, or contract any staff member or contractor introduced by BRC Southern of Texas, LLC for a period of 12 months following the termination of service.
Placement Fee: If a client chooses to hire a staff member directly, a "finder’s fee" of $2,500 will be due immediately to cover our recruitment and training costs.
5. Right of Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, properties that are in a condition far beyond what was described during the quoting process.
